The new system speeds up
the process of authorizing an RMA to the customer, All RMA claims will
now be taken online only.
Under the new system,
channel partners can go online and fill out the RMA form for faulty
products, and if the product is under warranty, an authorization code is
immediately issued. This code reference allows the channel to monitor the
progress of the replacement, tracking it through the entire process of
the faulty product reaching Aptec's service centres, vendor's action
based on its RMA policies (replacement or credit) and the delivery
schedule of the replacement products.
